Character concept, Yezebel (pronounced yez-ah-bell).
One of the few remaining pure-humans in a world where most humans are by now 'Elioud', the descendants of nephalim.
She was governor of one of many towns known as 'Noah's Points'; these are secret towns and cities founded by the few remaining pure-humans all across the Earth. They are to keep their race pure, protected, and at a safe sea level should the Creator ever cause the deluge she had threatened humanity with centuries ago. The sanctity of the human race is a necessity in winning the war against evil, as it was was prophesied that the devil would be destroyed by a human man, and paradise would be restored.
Jezebel, having been torn between her duties as a pure-human and what she thought was right for years ("if the devil will be destroyed by a human, why are we hiding? We need to fight."), became infatuated with a Witch Hunter and left her city after disaster begat it to practice Hunting under his tutorage. This are going smoothly, for now.
Her armour was crafted from a wyvern's hide.
